- Inform families of events and resources that are available within and through our early childhood program
- Source support services available to individuals, families, and groups
- Collaborate with professionals and community agencies to ensure comprehensive care
- Advocate for children's rights and access to resources
- Coordinate with city and statewide services to ensure the safety and well-being of children
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of children's records
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in education, social work or related field
- Previous experience in early childhood education or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage conflict and diffuse tense situations
- Experience working with children is highly desirable
