As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department at our new Subaru dealership.

Your primary objective will be to motivate, mentor, and lead our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments to foster a cohesive and customer-centric dealership environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
