Insurance Service SpecialistThe Auto Club is seeking a goal oriented, customer service professional to provide insurance service and clerical support to the Auto Club's Insurance Agents and Members in our Branch Offices.
This position performs a variety of routine and advanced duties in support of growth, service goals and profitability for Field Sales within a Branch.
Performs routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other personnel. Provides service support for existing insured and members. Assists in the sale of insurance products and provides other insurance support services. Reviews and completes documentation for business written in an office. Provides information to members regarding memberships and insurance.Responsibilities Include:
Maintenance and Servicing of insurance policiesVerifying new business applicationsProcessing insurance and membership paymentsUpdating electronic member informationMaintaining filing systems and typingQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software products.
