- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Maintain professional restaurant image, including superior sanitation and cleanliness controls
- Deliver food orders from the Kitchen to guests' tables quickly and accurately
- Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
- Help prepare dining room by placing utensils and condiments
- Maintain table settings by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses and being alert to guest spills or other special needs.
- Answer guest questions about menu items
- Accurately explain food orders to chefs, with attention to special needs
- Assist kitchen and wait staff with various tasks
- Work with a diverse set of co-workers as a cohesive team
- Attend all mandatory in-house trainings
- Friendly and helpful attitude and a commitment to provide excellent customer service
- Impeccable integrity, honesty and trustworthiness
- Proficiency in the following restaurant functions: food and beverage service, sanitation, company policies and procedures
- Ability to contribute to a positive team environment
- Good organizational skills and time management skills
- Exceptional listening and communication skills, including the skills necessary to deal tactfully and professionally with guests, other employees and restaurant management
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use POS systems
- Must have, and maintain, the New Mexico Food Handler permit
- Ability to arrive on-time and work shifts as scheduled
- Previous experience a plus

Position Summary: The Food Runner assists in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. The Runner is responsible for delivering orders to guest's tables, keeping beverage glasses full, and bringing guest's needs to the attention of our Servers. Additionally, the Food Runner assists other restaurant staff, as needed, to provide excellent service for our guests.
