About the location:
A high-desert refuge in America's land of enchantment. The scent of pion woodsmoke fills the air as you step onto your private patio to watch the sun set. We're for looking for a genuine caring and compassionate individual with a passion for hospitality that possess integrity and accountability.
An individual who let's their personality shine through and can be themselves.
They feel empowered to make the best decisions for the guest to create an experience and truly connect with them.
They lead with inspiration supporting and encouraging their fellow employees so that they can achieve success together.
1+ years in restaurant experience of a combination of busser, assisting servers and running food from kitchen to guest tables.
The flexibility of multi tasking
Ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays
Must have current New Mexico alcohol server certification
New Mexico Food Handler Certification

What would my job responsibilities be?

Using your genuine and authentic personality you will provide exceptional service assisting both the kitchen and the servers in relaying and running food to the guest of the bar and restaurant conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality.
Our Food Runners are committed team players and will deliver with passion the service and partnership that is needed to assist the kitchen and servers with delivery of the food and drinks.
Constantly learning to expand your knowledge of food products and always looking at ways to make things better.
As a committed team player the Food Runner will assist Servers with additional side work, greet and seat guests in the absence of the hostess.
Being aware and present you will anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Properly and accurately deliver the food to our guest ensuring that the service is seamless.
