Responsibilities:

Performs cleaning duties in our client's homes
Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary
Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service
Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed
Responds timely to clients' special requests
Maintains inventory of necessary supplies
Follows departmental policies and procedures
Follows all safety and sanitation policies
Complete client's shopping or accompany them to successfully do so
Must have reliable transportation
Performs additional duties as needed
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Position requires daily availability, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities
Enjoy working in a oneonone setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform jobrelated duties
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day
Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or inhome care environment preferred
Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
Supportive and compassionate
High School Diploma or equivalent
Take pride in providing quality service
Ability to pass preemployment and random drug testing
Must complete all Covid19 training and follow protocols put in place
