Responsibilities:


  • Performs cleaning duties in our client's homes
  • Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary
  • Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service
  • Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed
  • Responds timely to clients' special requests
  • Maintains inventory of necessary supplies
  • Follows departmental policies and procedures
  • Follows all safety and sanitation policies
  • Complete client's shopping or accompany them to successfully do so
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Performs additional duties as needed
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
  • Position requires daily availability, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities
  • Enjoy working in a oneonone setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform jobrelated duties
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day
  • Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
  • Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
  • Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or inhome care environment preferred
  • Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
  • Supportive and compassionate
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Take pride in providing quality service
  • Ability to pass preemployment and random drug testing
  • Must complete all Covid19 training and follow protocols put in place
