Description

In this role, the Wind Turbine Support Manager leads a 24x7 team of Remote Wind Turbine Support Technicians and Shift Leads to ensure successful delivery of the process transformation commitments to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Prioritize, guide, and provide excellent operational oversight towards the development of team personnel and shift leads
  • Ensure adherence towards operational goals for the company and our client
  • Excellent problem solver, hyper logical and goaloriented thinker
  • Exhibit and drive an attitude that promotes and energized and engaged workforce
  • Ensuring operational rigor/governance activities are adhered and followed upon
  • Maintain weekly and monthly dashboards to ensure adherence to delivery expectations, while also highlighting and addressing team delivery performance concerns
  • Identify the training needs of the team and facilitate the same
  • Proactively manage and maintain staffing/new hire support levels
  • Build and maintain effective partnership with key cross functional leaders
  • Managing day to day people and process issues like shrinkage, client escalation, work queue management etc.
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum 7+ years relevant professional experience managing personnel, teams, analytics, and data management systems
  • Enthusiastic and proactive team leader, with excellent people leadership skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills verbal and written
  • Excellent presentation skills in person & virtually
  • Excellent problem solver, hyper logical and goaloriented thinker
  • Demonstrated ability to hold accountability and drive successful operations
  • Strong understanding of business performance management, setting up KPI's, SLA's, and other related Performance metrics
  • Ability to drive process change
  • Able to create & maintain relationships easily
  • Ability to think critically and make quick decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Lead client engagements and governance meetings
  • Escalation management
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Project management
  • Green Belt/ Lean Six Sigma experience, with hands on exposure to Lean methodologies
  • Experience with leading teams in a 24x7 environment
  • Proven track record of collaborating with crossfunctional groups to produce results

Pay:
$115, $120,000.00 per year
