- Supervise vendors as they enter and exit the property, logging their presence and tracking progress on assigned projects.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor activity, including arrival and departure times, work completed, and any issues encountered.
- Communicate regularly with property management and vendors to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, handling mail, and managing supply inventory.
- Support emergency response procedures and ensure the safety and security of the property.
- Collaborate with the property management team to address resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in property management or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in vendor coordination or property management preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer software applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
- Work in an upright standing or sitting position for extended periods.
- Handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Navigate the property/building quickly and easily.

Job Overview:
This position provides administrative and supervisory support directly related to property management and vendor coordination. The incumbent oversees vendors on-site, tracks their presence, and monitors project progress. Additionally, they assist in office tasks, maintain records, and handle emergency service duties.

What We Offer:
As a full-time associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and Vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
Compensation: $20 - $22 Hourly.
