What Will You Do?
Develops, implements, and directs nationwide agent training programs, and continuous development efforts focused on personal lines and small to medium commercial business.
Collaborates with RFE, RBC, Underwriting and Product leaders to determine training needs, conduct training assessments and identify further opportunities for improvement.
Develops and maintains training resources and materials, including organizing educational material, multimedia videos, e-learning, and other resources.Coaches, develops, and supports agent and MLGA development in correlation with training program; evaluates progress and provides recommendations for improvement.
Partners with Underwriting and Product to create specific strategies and training initiatives to drive results.Leads and participates in special projects for departments as required.
Provides regular reports for leaders on agents going through training programs, gauging progress, and comprehension of material.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Four to six years of experience.
Experience working with Agent Experience Group, P&C Underwriting, P&C Product, Brokerage and MLA Field Associates.
Proficiency in MS Office:
Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (required)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering classroom or virtual training.
Experience with adult learning concepts and techniques.
Experience in a self-driven training program (Camtasia, LMS, Articulate 360, etc.) a plus.
