We're hiring for an experienced BCBA to become our Sr. Director of Clinical Services in Richardson, Texas.

Qualifications:
Required:
Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
Required:
Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
Required:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
Preferred: 3-5 years of BCBA experience.
Desired Traits:
Experience working with center-based, early intervention children. Effective collaborator. Empathetic team-player.

Base Compensation:
$85,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
Between $6K - $18K annually for bonuses, paid quarterly.
20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays.
