We are a wholly owned subsidiary of SWEG Südwestdeutsche Landesverkehrs-GmbH, a large regional transportation company operating bus and rail services in Baden-Württemberg and neighboring regions.

Our operations and subsidiaries employ over 1,800 employees, with approximately 470 buses and 180 rail vehicles in service, including our own 200-kilometer rail network.

We are partners in several transportation associations in Baden-Württemberg.

Schedule Coordinator (m/f/d):

for our location in Offenburg

Your responsibilities

Familiarization and maintenance of schedule data in the planning system
Creation of schedule books and display schedules
Maintenance of data in the electronic schedule information system
Planning and supervision of the disabled passenger count
Support in duty and route planning

Your qualifications

Completed training as a specialist in transportation operations or experience in a public transportation company as a dispatcher, traffic supervisor, or in a similar role
Ideally, experience with industryspecific planning software (e.g. DIVA, IVU.Plan) or willingness to develop in this area
Strong interest in public transportation
Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
Driver's license
Good written and verbal German skills
Structured, meticulous, and independent work style
