*The Certified Nursing Assistant is an integral role to the nursing team and has a significant impact on the overall delivery of care to facility customers. The CNA is responsible for providing quality care to customers and supporting the goals for shift objectives to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
*Provide and assist with physical care of patients which will include but not limited to bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, incontinent care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulation and range of motion
Responsible for real-time documentation of patient care and observations
serves and collects trays, assists in setting up and feeding residents, serves refreshments. Responsible for patient transport to scheduled therapy appointments
Assists in recreational, motivational and socialization activities of care program
Encourages growth and independence as care progression warrants
Adhere to infection control procedures including but not limited to hand washing and isolation practices
Adhere to Par Scanning procedures to ensure accurate tally of supple usage and availability
Performs assigned treatment according to patient plan of care

Demonstrates proficient knowledge of equipment in customer care areas
Demonstrates a proactive approach to complete assigned floor duties

*PureHealth is a high performance environment propelled by collaboration through our L.This role requires regular walking to various locations around the facility. Weekend and holiday shifts will be required.
*Team members are required to adhere to policies and procedures implementing HIPAA requirements for the privacy and security of protected health information. Team member are permitted to use and/or disclose only minimum amount of Protected Health Information necessary to complete assigned tasks. Reports all suspected violation of company's HIPAA policies or procedures to the Administrator.
*Ability to recognize and react to emergent care situations and intervene while waiting for assistance, i.e. recognizing need for basic life support, control bleeding, choking, etc.
Basic computer skills. Proficient in the English language. Flexibility in responding courteously to immediate needs of internal and external customers; Successful completion of a state approved Nursing Assistant Certification course
