    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist.

    The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing HR policies and procedures, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR management.

    The Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.

    QualificationsHuman Resources (HR) knowledgeExperience in HR policies development and implementationEmployee benefits administration and knowledge of employee benefits lawsPersonnel management and recordkeepingExperience in HR management including recruitment, retention, and performance managementExcellent communication and organizational skillsMaster's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of human resources experience, ORBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 3 to 5 years of successful supervisory experience and a PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SPS certification is preferred
