Position Available: Sales Representative

Location: Addison, Texas, On-Site

Responsibilities

Greet and direct customers
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize revenue
Cross-sell and upsell products
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service
Highlight discounts and special promotions to customers
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Offer valuable feedback to management for continuous improvement
Stay updated on the latest product offerings and industry trends

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
Thorough understanding of the sales process
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to commute to the job location in Addison, TX daily.
