Tasks:
- Support HR managers in daily operations (and occasionally in project tasks)
- Draft employment contracts, attachments and references according to templates
- Manage the applicant process (reviewing applications, initial evaluation of documents, communication with applicants, organizing interviews, etc.)
- Clarify simple general and labor law issues
- Create evaluations and statistics
- Perform administrative tasks
- First point of contact for the operational department
Requirements:
- You have a commercial education and some experience in the HR department.
