- Work with customers to define and route calls concerning extrusion equipment failures
- Write and deliver quotes - Includes specifying descriptions, price and delivery
- Order entry/conversion.
- Answer inquires and design questions
- Serve as liaison between Sales, Engineering and Shipping for domestic and international Spare Parts orders
- Other duties as assigned
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position is preferred
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales and engineering departments
- Demonstrate analytical ability
- Access and prioritize multiple tasks

Nordson Polymer Processing Systems (PPS) designs and manufactures industrial equipment used to melt and give shape to plastic materials. Our products include pelletizing and filtration systems, extrusion dies, and recycling equipment that enables our customers to transform waste into purified reusable raw material.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for order entry, taking parts calls, answering questions regarding ship dates and notifying customers of delayed shipments. The CSR will also write and communicate quotes to the customer, then follow up with order entry. The CSR is also responsible for providing customers with all necessary product and order information. Other duties include communicating customer requirements to engineering and resolving complaints regarding company products. Strong phone communication and listening skills are a must.
