    Position Summary:

    Equality Health, LLC is a Phoenix-based whole-health delivery system focused on transforming value-based care delivery with population specific programs that improve access, quality, and member trust. Equality Health's Internship Program is focused on inspiring the next generation of healthcare rebels while providing an opportunity to hire, mentor, and develop young adults in our community. The duration of this program will be ten (10) weeks, during the summer months of June through August 2024. During this time, each intern will focus on a department specific project while being educated on current healthcare and technology industry trends.

    The Salesforce Development Intern will work on building Salesforce reports, using APIs to pull data from Salesforce to Equality Health's data warehouse or building SQL queries to validate data integrity. The primary responsibility of the Intern is to work with the Salesforce product build team and product owners to work through product backlogs for both Saleforce Health Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Other special projects may also be assigned as needed.

    Project(s) and Activities:
    • Develop, update, clean up and maintain our Salefoce CRM database
    • Build CRM reports for management to drive and monitor process performance
    • Update field/content process flows and create custom reports
    • Provide documentation for developers or end users
    • Support the ongoing data integrity of the database
    • Maintain user roles and ensure security to protect the network
    • Assist in the creation and enforcement of enterprise wide protocols for proper use of the database
    • Collaborate cross functionally with leaders, analysts, specialists and interns from other departments
    • Develop, tes and implement data exchanges with our Enterprise Data Warehouse from Salesforce for Provider, Payer, and Contact data
    • Any other duties as assigned
    Required Qualifications and Experience:
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in future
    • Undergraduate or graduate student actively enrolled in a college or university program, with at least 1 year of college completed (2 full semesters)
    • Interest in databases, ideally with coursework having used MySQL, SQL Server or similar RDBMS
    • Basic knowledge of Salesforce
    • Strong research and analytical skills
    • Ability to simplify complex information
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and web-based technologies
    • Proven excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; highly collaborative team approach to work
