Position title:
Accounts Receivable Manager


Full-time salaried position responsibilities:

• Provide daily AM flash reporting to the controller for each affiliate within the control group

a. AR aged report as of previous day's close of business

b. Previous day's customer invoice posting report

c. Previous day's customer payment report

• Make daily customer collection calls

a. Facilitate customer electronic payments

b. Perform recurring customer statement reconciliations to accounting data base (when applicable)

c. Identify discrepancies and work with customer to resolve

• Perform various tasks that the controller may introduce

Experience and educational requirements:
1. 4-year degree completed /awarded in any BBA or BS discipline is preferred

• Prior experience in an accounting department is a plus, but not required. "On-the-job" training is available to the college degreed graduate

Compensation will be commensurate with experience

$62, $67,000.00 per year
