Job Overview:


Qualifications:

• Have at least oneyear experience in a homecare or other healthcare setting.
• Exhibit leadership skills.
• Possess a GED or High School Diploma.
• Be able to read, write, and comprehend English.

Job Functions:

• Organize and manage daily agency operations.
• Designate individuals to fulfill Care Coordinator responsibilities.
• Prepare service plans for clients before the provision of services
• Conduct periodic client satisfaction reviews.
• Be available for client calls 24/7 or designate a designee for this purpose
• Ensure adequate and qualified personnel for service provision.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Develop strategic and shortterm development plans for the agency

- initial home visit and consumer evaluation prior to the provision of personal care services.


Pay:
$ $23.28 per hour
