The
Global Service Enablement Team is hiring a
Reporting & Analytics Manager who will be responsible for leading a team that provides information and advanced analytics for service and support professionals around the world with a focus on improving end user customer experience.

This position will be located remotely in the United States.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead a team of 5 with direct responsibility for delivery of both routine and as needed analysis and reporting, data insights and overall service-related data functionality for global stakeholders.
  • Define meaningful strategies and build efficient processes, as well as deliver innovative tools and visualizations to enable rapid resolution of stakeholder issues through fast and effective support services.
  • Connecting and analyzing high volume data sources to bring new insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Create, maintain, and utilize detail support process mapping to evaluate and enable improvements that streamline stakeholder support.
  • Advocate and utilize continuous process improvement tools and DBS to maintain high performance levels as well as initiate problem solving or improvement actions when required.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related Analytics field with 9+ years of experience OR a Master's degree in Analytics-related field with 7+ years of experience.
  • 4+ years people management & leadership experience, as well as coaching & team building in a large, complex serviceoriented environment.
  • Excellent oral and written English language presentation and communications skills including effective utilization of MS Office and virtual collaboration tools such as MS Teams and Sharepoint.
  • Demonstrated inclusion, organizational agility and relationship building with impact driven success across all cultures, geographies, and levels in a virtual environment.
  • May travel domestically & internationally, up to 20% in the year.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Driving technical collaboration to achieve service and support performance measurements, statistics, benchmarks, and industry best practices through global deployments.
  • Ability managing global communication and collaboration.
  • Strong strategic, innovative and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proven understanding of complex global data systems in a medical device environment.

The annual salary range for this role is _$130,000-$145,000_.

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
