Position Overview:


Responsibilities:

• Facilitate restorative circles, dialogues, and mediation sessions to address harm and conflict
• Lead sessions on conflict resolution, introduction to asset mapping, violence responses
• Provide training and support to students ages 1317 years old
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in restorative justice or related field
• Strong understanding of restorative practices, principles, and frameworks
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
• Experience working with diverse communities and populations

Job Type:
Temporary


Pay:
$ $150.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 2 per week
