    B2B Office Technology Solutions - Outside Sales Representative

    Are you a proactive and motivated sales professional with a strong track record of meeting sales targets? If so, we are looking for outside sales representatives with exceptional communication skills to devise a sales strategy for expanding customer relationships in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

    RYAN Business Systems is a well-established family-owned company specializing in Office Technology solutions, offering Canon and Kyocera Hardware and Software support in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Southern New Hampshire.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct business development activities to achieve monthly sales targets.
    • Travel within the territory to engage with prospects/customers.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services.
    • Present cost-benefit analysis to customers.
    • Collaborate with team members and departments.
    • Utilize CRM software to monitor sales progress.
    • Provide ongoing customer support.
    • Act on feedback to enhance performance.
    • Participate in meetings and training sessions.
    • Possess a valid driver's license.
    • Preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree.

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated success in outside sales, ideally within the Office Equipment Industry.
    • Initiative and a proactive mindset.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering presentations and equipment demonstrations.
    • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
    • Team-oriented, dependable, and positive.
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
