We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team and contribute to the efficient coordination of our security operations.
Position Overview:
The Scheduling Administrator role is a dynamic, multidimensional position responsible for ensuring adequate private security staffing at multiple client locations.
You will be responsible for ensuring that client sites are appropriately always staffed with qualified private security professionals, while also managing fluid schedule and time-off requests.
Your ability to balance operational needs, employee preferences, and client requirements will be essential to the success of our corporate operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with operations managers, supervisors, and private security personnel to create and maintain accurate schedules that meet client needs and operational requirements.
- Manage scheduling adjustments, including shift changes, timeoff requests, and emergency replacements, ensuring continuity of onsite placement.
- Improve profitability by optimizing scheduling efficiency and identifying opportunities to optimize resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with security personnel regarding their schedules, ensuring clear and timely dissemination of information.
- Process and manage client contracts, site requirements, and specific security protocols, ensuring accurate staffing levels.
- Utilize scheduling software and tools to streamline the scheduling process and maintain uptodate records.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on scheduling metrics, attendance, and compliance.
- Coordinate with the HR department to onboard new security personnel and assist in the recruitment process as needed.
- Weekend oncall rotation required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- College degree preferred
- Ability to communicate well
- Must have the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, prioritize.
- Demonstrate discretion, integrity, and consistency.
- Occasional travel required for events and client site visits.

Pay:
$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
