About the Position
The work of this position will be remote.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Reception Area /Customer Service Desk support, including receiving, screening and routing telephone calls and visitors, maintaining control of incoming and outgoing mail/packages; and obtaining office equipment and supplies.
- Provide Analytics and Systems Management Branch support.
- Provide Personnel Security Branch support.
- Provide Talent Management and Employee Services Branch support.
- Provide Human Capital Management Branch support.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements
- High School Diploma
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a federal or private sector human resources environment.
- Strong MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scanning skills (preferred)
- Proficient in use of technology such as ServiceNow workflows (preferred)
- Proficient analytical and writing skills (preferred)
- The ability to work with customers/clients (preferred)
- Oral communication skills to, at times, provide advice to program and project leaders (e.g. HR Director, COR) on various projects or systems (e.g. Avue, eOPF) (preferred)
- The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel (preferred)
- Ability to ensure confidentiality of employee and contractor information and adhere to appropriate procedures for safeguarding sensitive personnel security document/files. Protects PII and PHI records from unauthorized use and mishandling (preferred)
