What you will do:
The Caregiver / Personal Care Worker (PCW) position provides non-medical assistance for seniors in the place they feel most comfortable, their homes. As a Caregiver / Personal Care Worker you tend to the personal needs and comfort of clients by performing various personal care services in accordance with an established Plan of Care. Plan of Care's are ability driven, person-centered, care plans.
