    Key Responsibilities:

    • Relationship Building: Become the trusted advisor for clients, understanding their needs in this distinctive coastal setting.
    • Strategic Sales: Boost revenue by identifying and closing enhancement opportunities tailored to Cape Cod's landscape.
    • Client Success: Proactively ensure client satisfaction to maximize retention in this close-knit community.
    • Collaboration & Communication: Work seamlessly with internal teams and keep clients informed.
    • Market Expertise: Analyze Cape Cod's unique environment, trends, and competitive landscape for strategic advantage.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: At least 3 years of proven success in residential landscape account management.
    • Knowledge: Deep understanding of residential landscaping services and familiarity with coastal environments.
    • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Independent yet team-oriented.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar fields preferred.
