- Reconciling physical inventories performed at the store level, including analyzing initial results and conducting research as necessary to optimize inventory accuracy
- Maintaining proper internal controls throughout the reconciliation process
- Processing and reconciling store cycle counts and inventory adjustments on a daily basis
- Analyzing shrink related information and generate periodic reports for management
- Assisting and coaching stores on inventory control tasks and the importance of maintaining inventory integrity
- Resolving store and DC inventory issues
- Meeting KPI targets and period close deadlines
- Preparing various other reports as required by management
- Participating in various projects related to inventory control
- Associates degree from a two-year college
- 2-4 years prior inventory reconciliation experience or related retail experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Previous SAP experience a plus
