Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
Process exchanges and returns in accordance with company policies
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Restock merchandise as needed
Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

Experience:

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
Knowledge of jewelry sales, electronics sales, or related fields is a plus
Familiarity with cash registers and pointofsale (POS) systems
Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints or issues effectively
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
