The Customer Relations Priority Representative serves customers by providing product and service information.

Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a **Customer Representative Priority Representative** to join our **Yamaha Golf** team in **Kennesaw GA**. The **Customer Relations Priority Representative** serves customers by providing product and service information. He / she will resolve product and service issues as well for both regular and Priority cases.

**Specific duties include, but are not limited to:**

Handles all claims of accident / injury / fire via dealer or customer contact to resolution, including negotiation of monetary or other solutions.

Answers internal and external inquiries from multiple sources including phone system, letters, emails and SOS and records in current YMUS CRM.

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem. Selects and explains the best solution to solve customer problem. Expedites correction or adjustment and follows up to ensure resolution.

Evaluates customer or dealer requests for assistance on Yamaha products. Determines the type and amount of assistance to be provided by YGC.

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions. Suggests information about other products and services.

Responsible for letters, shipping, callbacks, and general Customer Relations administration duties including warranty registration.

Performs various administrative tasks or special assignments within the department as needed.

**Qualifications:**

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

At least 1 year call center experience required.

Must have strong written and verbal communications abilities. Able to type 40 wpm.

Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Oracle Siebel, SAP preferred.

Experience in the customer service industry is required.

Experience working in a dealership within parts and/or service or in another capacity is required.
