Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Officer to join our team.
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and property.
You will utilize your skills in law enforcement, CCTV monitoring, conflict management, loss prevention, surveillance, and emergency response to ensure the protection of our premises.
Duties:
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to prevent and detect signs of intrusion
- Monitor alarms to identify potential security threats
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and safety
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors with inquiries or concerns
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with security regulations
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent conflict management and problemsolving skills
- Ability to operate security equipment
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred or ability to get certified
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
