Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Architect to lead the design and implementation of our SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and promoting best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, a strategic mindset, and a passion for optimizing business processes through SAP.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design tailored SAP solutions.
Define the architecture of SAP solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration with other systems.
Drive the integration of various SAP modules (including SAP PS, SD, MM, PP and FICO) and ensure seamless data flow across them.
Develop and maintain a strategic SAP roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives and IT strategies.Ensure alignment between business processes and the SAP environment, identifying opportunities for system enhancements.
Lead SAP projects from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with SAP consultants, developers, and other IT personnel during the implementation or upgrade of SAP modules.
Regularly review the performance of the SAP environment, identifying areas for improvement.
Optimize SAP system performance by conducting regular system upgrades, patches, and customizations.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, products, and best practices.
Provide training and guidance to SAP users and IT staff to ensure optimal system utilization.
Ensure that the SAP environment meets security standards and complies with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with the IT security team to conduct regular audits and implement security measures
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP architecture and solution design.
Deep knowledge of various SAP modules including PS, SD,MM.WM, PP, and FICO, and their integration points.
Proven track record of designing and implementing SAP PS in large-scale environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
