Job summary
We are seeking an Experience Owner (EO) to lead delivery readiness for a critical customer data initiative.This is a new role in a dynamic environment. The EO will be responsible for building and maintaining a healthy backlog, driving discovery, and ensuring development teams have clear, prioritized work.
The key responsibilities include backlog management, partnering with leadership to prioritize roadmap items, story development,
discovery & delivery support process alignment stakeholder engagement professional maturity agile expertise technical foundation ability
to validate technical feasibility identify risks skilled at influencing managing resistant stakeholders soft skills excellent communication advocacy
