Job Summary:
We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado.Serve the team and product owner in turning requirements into working software Track progress and help the team achieve their commitments Monitor progress daily when problems are identified work with team to develop corrective actions Manage and report the status of scope schedule resourcing Extract and document requirements Author user stories and acceptance criteria Ensure team members understand processes support the team in following them Ensure product quality expectations are defined known across the team Collaborate with technical teams scheduling work including defect remediation refactoring guarding against accumulation of technical debt Work with technical teams balancing interests both issues arise Remove impediments allowing focus on engineering tasks Take lead resolving conflicts within removing roadblocks collaboration Guide project meetings sprint pre/planning meetings daily scrum sprint review meetings Facilitate retrospective discussions continuous improvement efforts Limit external interference must deal with
