For our location in
Parsberg (Greater Regensburg / Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz area), we are currently looking for a
Controller (m/f/d) to start immediately or at the earliest possible date.

Your responsibilities:

Responsible for reporting
Participation in annual planning and budgeting processes
Collaboration in the preparation of monthly results and yearend closing in close coordination with the accounting department
Conducting monthly target/actual analyses for relevant key figures in the production and sales environment
Monitoring project costs and participation in project postcalculation
Identification of weaknesses, derivation and implementation of corresponding measures, as well as success monitoring
Providing important decisionmaking aids to support management
Establishing a financial early warning system based on relevant key figures including intervention limits
Continuous improvement of existing processes with a focus on the ERP system (SAP ECC)

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering
Professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in the manufacturing industry
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience working with an ERP system (ideally SAP ECC in the modules FI, CO, MM, PS, PP)
Independent, conscientious and teamoriented work style, as well as strong analytical skills
Interest and understanding of commercial and logistical processes and connections
Ability to understand complex problems, develop solutions and accompany their implementation
Ability to present extensive data
