  • Conducting initial consultations with our service customers
  • Vehicle diagnosis and close communication with customers for a quick solution
  • Creation of transparent cost calculations and detailed discussions with customers
  • Responsibility for efficient workshop planning and ensuring the highest service quality
*YOUR PROFILE:
  • Completed technical or commercial training
  • Experience as an automotive salesman (m/f/d) or automotive mechanic (m/f/d), possibly with a master's degree in automotive engineering (m/f/d)
  • Friendly and confident demeanor, even in challenging situations
  • Dedicated, independent and proactive work style
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
