- Leadership Role: Utilize your technical tax, analytical, operational, and management skills to lead our team effectively.
- Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating knowledge of industry trends and proactively offering solution options.
- Engagement Management: Manage staff on engagement deliverables, ensuring quality control standards are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficient technical skills in handling all client responsibilities, including reviewing complex tax returns and providing guidance on tax issues.
- Client Relationship Management: Own client relationships, understanding their needs, and strategizing with them and Managing Directors on tax planning.
- Recommendations and Guidance: Provide clients with recommendations and guidance to achieve their goals, identifying growth opportunities.
- Team Development: Assist senior management in mentoring, coaching, and supervising staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively both internally and externally, verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, with a Master's degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation, or related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in public accounting, with 3 years in a supervisory role. Active CPA or equivalent certification required.
