    Job Title: Machine Technician at American NTN Bearing Manufacturing (ANBM)



    Description:
    American NTN Bearing Manufacturing (ANBM) has been a key player in the automotive industry for a century. Beyond automotive, we cater to various sectors including Food and Beverage, Aerospace, Automation, and Wind Energy.

    Summary:
    Contribute to the safe production of quality products by performing the following tasks:
    • Adjust, set-up, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated production machines
    • Work on grinding, turning, broaching, measuring, and assembling automotive hub bearings

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - Maintain production and quality of machines
    - Set-up and operate production equipment following standard procedures
    - Diagnose machine malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
    - Inspect, replace, and adjust machine parts to meet quality standards
    - Participate in process improvement activities
    - Assist in training Operators and Machine Technicians
    - Document machine repairs accurately
    - Ensure compliance with safety rules and cleanliness standards
    - Collaborate with different departments
    - Perform other assigned duties

    REQUIREMENTS:
    - High school diploma or equivalent required
    - Basic mechanical knowledge of machines, gauges, and tools
    - Familiarity with mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
    - Ability to read blueprints and machine drawings
    - Basic math skills and proficiency in geometry
    - Effective communication in English
    - Ability to concentrate and respond promptly to signals

    Proficient in:
    - Manufacturing process of HUB bearing
    - Operation of automated production line
    - Quality requirements and inspection methods
    - Interpretation of quality data and charts

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    - Ability to stand, walk, sit, and effectively lift up to 20 pounds
    - Proficient in close and distance vision, color vision, depth perception, etc.
    - Precise coordination for handling small objects
