Overview:
Emerald is seeking an Information Technology Operations Analyst to join Emerald's Corporate IT team.

Reporting directly to the VP, IT PMO, this role will be required to lead the IT contract lifecycle management, coordinate contract negotiations and vendor management, among other responsibilities.


This position can be performed from any of our US-based offices or remotely from anywhere within the US.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead Information Technology contract lifecycle management:
  • Uploading agreements
  • Tracking renewals
  • Shepard process between various stakeholders in workflow management tool
  • Contract negotiation coordination as directed
  • Vendor management including tracking & utilization of users/licenses
  • Manage 3rd party risk assessment process for all technology vendors
  • Check Information Technology invoices and input into invoice system for processing
  • Reconcile contractor timesheets against capex/opex budget and submit invoices for payment
  • Reconcile FTE capex timesheets and submit monthly for accounting review/processing
  • Track IT spend against budget and provide/update realtime reporting dashboard for IT management

Qualifications:

  • 13 years experience in financial analyst, procurement, or equivalent University experience.
