We are seeking a well-rounded, self-starter who has enough tinkering and tech experience to repair and maintain Vending and Coffee machines in the greater New York Metro area.

The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability. The position will spend a mix of time at customer sites, on the road, and in the warehouse. Communication is a pivotal part of this job.

Responsibilities:

Repairing vending and coffee equipment and performing preventative maintenance as needed. Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a structured environment.

Maintain an inventory of requisite spare parts on hand in order to complete all maintenance in a timely manner.

Maintain positive customer experience to resolve, follow up, and follow through on all open support calls.

Travel within the region/service area.

Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

Produce timely and detailed service reports

Document processes

Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.


Requirements:

Able to communicate effectively with customers and team

Able to work independently

Proven Field Service experience

Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment

English literacy

Ability to adapt to changing work schedules


Preferred:

Experience working with vending machines

At least 1 full year of mechanical/technical experience preferred
