Christian Family Care Social Services Agency is looking to hire a full-time
Youth Advocate. We are a certified Best Christian Workplace organization and accredited through the Council on Accreditation.

This position pays a competitive
salary of $ $21.00 per hour and provides a flexible benefits package which can include health insurance, disability insurance, paid vacation and holiday, mileage reimbursement, and retirement plan.

As a Youth Advocate, you will:

Build relationships with the children on your caseload to better understand his/her needs and desires.
Raise awareness of the needs, neglect, nurture, and potential of vulnerable children assigned.
Develop a team recruitment approach when identifying placements for children over the age of 1
Develop numerous reports to update and track progress of child's recruitment efforts—these reports are sent directly to DCS central office for review and approval.
Conduct biweekly home visits with the child to process grief and loss and to identify readiness for adoption.
Complete and maintain the training records for the annual minimum requirements for this position.
