We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for a beautiful property in San Diego, CA

Qualifications

Prefer at least 1 year experience in apartment maintenance on 100+ unit property
Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must
Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success
Reliable transportation is a MUST
Availability to work oncall rotation.

Compensation and Benefits
- $29-$31/hour DOE

Monthly bonuses
