- High school GED or equivalent
- 2 years or more experience in electro-mechanical testing.
- A working knowledge of basic electronics.
- Ability to utilize power supplies, digital volt meters, data loggers, oscilloscopes, strip chart recorders, counters, and stepper motor controllers.
- Knowledge of transducers, such torque transducers, encoders and thermal couples.
- Ability to operate thermal cycling chambers and thermal vacuum chambers.
- Mechanical ability to assemble mechanical test setups.
- Independently perform qualification tests and acceptance tests.
- Maintain test logbooks, in a neat and organized manner.
- Assemble test setups, both mechanical and electronic.
- Pump down, monitor, and be responsible for the operation of thermal cycling and thermal vacuum chambers. Including the working with liquid nitrogen.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, you regularly sit, stand, walk, talk or hear and use hands.
- Frequently reach with hands and arms; occasionally climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus; Candidate must pass a required on-site Vision Screening Examination
- Must frequently lift and or move 10 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds.

Pay range for this opportunity is $70,000 - $80,000, annually.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location.
