Engineer / Master / Technician in Automation, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering as Team Lead (m/f/d) for Photomask Commissioning

Your responsibilities
  • Supervision of employees in the assigned area, both in terms of technical and disciplinary matters
  • Staff planning, vacation planning, and organization of replacements
  • Ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution of mechatronic commissioning activities for machines, systems, and service orders
  • Defining work processes and continuously optimizing production costs, particularly in regards to more efficient commissioning methods
  • Active participation in planning employee development measures
  • Providing systematic feedback on errors and deficiencies in commissioning and making suggestions for improvements to increase product quality
