We're seeking a Software Development Team Lead who's both a passionate developer and a leader, adept at tackling complex challenges and fostering engineering excellence in others.
In this role, you will be the technical leader of a small team of 3 to 4 engineers, guiding the development of a key subsystem in AnswerRocket's core product.
This is a highly skilled role without specific management responsibility but a high level of ownership over the architecture and design patterns of our TypeScript application client.
This role is a remote opportunity, candidates do not have to be located in the Atlanta area.Who you are:

What You'll Bring:
5+ years of professional experience using Typescript and React
Familiarity with Java, Kotlin, Python, GraphQL, or MongoDB is a big bonus, but it's cool if you're still learning
Ability to work both independently, and as part of a globally distributed team of technical and non-technical colleagues
Experience working with testing frameworks, Jenkins and Git
