About Us
Join our team at our complex assembly site in Wang as part of Bethel Acres. We are looking for competent support in all matters related to on-site automotive processes. Together, we strive for continuous improvement and aim to ensure the quality of our assembly and logistics services.

Responsibilities

You will coordinate an international team of dispatchers, overseeing the execution of material planning, prioritization, and bottleneck management in direct contact with suppliers.

You will also be responsible for problem-solving and maintaining direct customer contact to effectively manage and coordinate production volumes. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and planning material needs through SAP S/4 Hana. You will develop relevant metrics and monitor them, taking corrective action if necessary. You will also keep a close eye on transport cost optimization and contribute ideas for improvement.

Profile
You have completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or a similar field. Ideally, you have experience in the automotive or supplier industry and possess good knowledge of material management and planning. You have a solid understanding of the SAP system landscape, preferably S/4 Hana. You are fluent in German and English. You enjoy optimizing and coordinating processes and have a confident demeanor and strong communication skills.
