Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
➜ Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including private dining, corporate functions, and special celebrations.
➜ Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision and requirements, providing expert guidance to create memorable experiences.
➜ Coordinate event logistics, including menu planning, decor, entertainment, and audiovisual arrangements.
➜ Work with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless event execution.
➜ Maintain and build relationships with vendors and partners for event services.
➜ Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring that all aspects are on-brand and meet Gaucho Group's high standards.
➜ Manage budgets and invoices, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
➜ Handle guest inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that arise before, during, or after events.
➜ Continuously seek opportunities to improve the event planning process and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
➜ Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in the hospitality industry.
➜ Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
➜ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
➜ Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
➜ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events simultaneously.
➜ Knowledge of event management software is a plus.
