Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HRIS Specialist to join our team.

As an HRIS Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing support to HR and other departments.

This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills and a deep understanding of HR processes.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the HR information systems, including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support datadriven decision making.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify system requirements and implement process improvements.
Provide enduser support for HR systems, including training, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in HR technology.

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience working with HR information systems (HRIS) such as vaticinate.
Strong technical skills in VBA, SQL, ETL, R, Python, smash.
Experience in business analysis and data analysis skills.
Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus.
Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
