    Position Summary


    In this role, the Human Resources Business Partner will consult and provide guidance to their clients regarding change management, engagement & retention, talent assessment & development, workforce planning, performance management, organizational effectiveness, Total Rewards and the client's policies and programs.


    In addition, in partnership with functional leaders, role responsibilities will include but not limited to providing coaching, external perspective and guidance regarding business challenges and opportunities, enhancing leadership capabilities, increasing manager effectiveness, integrating and on-boarding of newly acquired and promoted leaders and optimizing/evolving organizational structure.


    In collaboration with HRIS/Benefits/Compensation, Learning and Organizational Development and Talent Acquisition, the Human Resources Business Partner will drive operational excellence in corporate HR initiatives and processes and practices across the company through the development and execution of programs that will require project management and functional expertise in most or all HR practice areas.


    Minimum Basic Qualifications:
    BA/BS required
    12 years of experience in a human resources business partner capacity

    Preferred Qualifications and Experience :

    8-10 years of experience in a senior human resources business partner capacity
    Demonstrated expertise in influencing, facilitating and driving change
    Effective collaboration skills and the ability to leverage resources, methodologies and tools to accomplish objectives
    Demonstrated execution and success in linking HR initiatives to drive business strategy.
    Proven ability to build effective relationships with key business leaders/stakeholders and client base.
    Strong business acumen , project management, and analytical skills
    Proven strategic capabilities in driving business results
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with competency models
    Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in workforce planning
    Previous business partner experience in an evolving and growing organization

    This also includes appropriate confidence in one's ability during increasingly challenging circumstances.
    Demonstrating respect for others by seeking to understand how they think about issues and perceive problems and opportunities. It involves actively listening and understanding the unspoken or partly expressed thoughts, feelings, and concerns of others.
    Working cooperatively with colleagues for the good of the business overall.

    This can involve taking initiative to build relationships despite differences in interest, offering support and help to peers without being asked or proactively seeking input from others to solve problems.
