We are currently seeking a full-time White Bluff specialist to join our Customer Excellence division in Kleinostheim or remotely from home, starting as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the go-to person for all inquiries related to Tax Service (VAT refund/ mineral oil tax refund)
  • Processing and managing refund contracts
  • Independently handling financial tasks related to the reimbursement and payment of refunds
  • Coordinating complaints with our service partner
  • Defining, coordinating, and optimizing processes in close collaboration with our partner, sales, and customer care departments as part of project work with our partner

Your profile should include:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in a customer and service-oriented environment
  • Understanding of business processes
  • Teamwork skills and quick comprehension
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
