Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Building Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily tasks with a crew of cleaning techs.

This is a hands-on position that requires expertise as a leader and a deep understanding of the commercial cleaning industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversight of cleaners (including hiring, training, and evaluating) on a daily basis
  • Monitoring supplies and equipment on hand
  • Perform cleaning tasks along with other cleaners
  • Ensure staffing and budget requirements are met
  • Maintaining timely and ongoing communication with the customers, staff and management.
  • Responsible for approving payroll of the staff.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Building Supervisor or similar roles in the commercial cleaning industry.
  • Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in management is a plus.
